Important: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hdjitu ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the website at https://hdjitu.cam. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service on our platform, you unconditionally accept all terms set out herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below:

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. hdjitu will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your login details. You agree to notify hdjitu immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
3.4 Account Transfer. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights therein to any third party.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, hdjitu requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC). Verification may also be requested at any point during a Player's activity on the Platform.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to the Player's Wallet Balance immediately upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processor. Processing times are subject to the policies of individual banks and e-wallet providers.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the hdjitu platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies may be rejected or converted at hdjitu's prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt.
5.5 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your hdjitu account are derived from legitimate sources and are not connected to any illegal activity. hdjitu complies with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and reserves the right to request documentation confirming the lawful source of deposited funds.
Important: Deposit only your own funds using payment accounts registered in your name. Deposits from accounts not matching your registered name may be returned and may trigger an account review.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the hdjitu account holder.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.
6.3 Processing Time. hdjitu aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours (09:00–16:00 WIB, Monday through Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays). 6.4 Withdrawal Verification. hdjitu reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. Such checks may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.
6.5 Bonus Conditions. Any active Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements must be fully rolled over before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying wagering requirements may result in cancellation of bonus credits.
6.6 Declined Withdrawals. hdjitu reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or failure to satisfy applicable KYC and AML requirements. The Player will be notified and given an opportunity to provide clarifying documentation where appropriate.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by hdjitu are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a reduced percentage or not at all.
7.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Claiming the same promotion via multiple accounts or by manipulating account details constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

8.1 Applicable Rules. Each game available on the hdjitu platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are displayed within the game interface or in the associated help documentation. It is the Player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.
8.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a software or connectivity malfunction that affects a game round, hdjitu reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the staked amount to the Player's wallet. No claims for winnings that would have resulted from a malfunctioning game will be honoured.
8.3 Sports Betting. 8.4 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws—including Togel Singapore (SGP), Togel Hongkong (HK), Togel Sydney (SDY), and Togel Macau—are governed by the official results of the respective issuing lottery body. hdjitu bears no responsibility for any discrepancy between third-party result publications and the official issuing body's declared results. Official results take precedence in all cases.
8.5 Result Finality. Once a game round, bet, or draw result has been officially settled and credited or debited to a Player's wallet, the result is considered final. Requests to reverse settled outcomes will not be entertained except in cases of demonstrable technical error substantiated by server-side logs.
8.6 Maximum Winnings. hdjitu reserves the right to impose maximum single-event, daily, or weekly payout caps. Where applicable, these caps are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Winnings in excess of published caps may be adjusted without notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hdjitu platform. Engaging in any of the below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

12.1 Platform Availability. hdjitu endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet outages, or Force Majeure events.
12.2 Gaming Losses. hdjitu is not liable for any financial losses incurred through participation in games or betting markets on the Platform. All wagers are placed voluntarily and at the Player's sole risk.
12.3 Indirect Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hdjitu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if hdjitu has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.4 Maximum Liability. Where hdjitu is found liable for direct damages, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hdjitu account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.5 Third-Party Providers. hdjitu acts as an intermediary for games supplied by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others). 14.4 Language. This Agreement is drafted in English. In the event of any translation being produced for informational purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or inconsistency.
15.1 Right to Amend. hdjitu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
15.2 Notification. Where changes are material, hdjitu will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
